I met Zero Nine once, along with the rest of Last 4 One, what a group of fucking legends, they knew about five words of English altogether and despite that was able to teach a two hour workshop on breaking that everyone enjoyed!
So i said i’d film a little tutorial about hitting inverts a little deeper for this bgirl i stumbled across on tumblr the other day, and as is usual with me i got a little carried away AND DID TOO MUCH TOO SOON! Oh goddamn, do i ache today. Haha, i’ve only just started training again since coming off my injuries and i was pulling this shit again, i need a baby sitter or something to keep an eye on me i reckon.
Mostly it’s works fault, they had me come in and cover a shift last second before i even got chance to cool down and stretch, i was in the middle of doing all me weights when Mark ran over to me and said i was needed, so i had a very long shift with some very dead arms, oh well, day off today, edit the footage later and upload it i guess :D
First session back breaking…
and oh shit, i ache like crazy! Was good to hit the floor again though, sometimes literally, while i knock the cobwebs out of my body…
My shoulders are still pretty meaty, but the rest of me seems to of gotten smaller, damn injuries ( T_T)
Halo wasn’t as bad as i thought it’d be, bonus. I’m sure everyone in the gym thought i was a dickhead doing all that, fuck ‘em, i rule.
Gotta go swimming tomorrow, stretch out my body after all that punishment!
I assure you i’m wearing pants.
Bboy Krillin is a goddamn superhero.
For him the best things in life are heavy metal, bboying (breakdancing), illustrating, green tea, learning Japanese, avoiding getting any of the web design work he has to do actually done, staring at the sun and on occasion sleeping.
His only known weaknesses are his incurable yellow fever, which is like motherfucking Kryptonite, and cute girls who like to hit the gym.
He mostly follows bboys and bgirls, as he finds watching others dancing very inspiring.
