I should hit the gym until I can single-handedly lift up full grown adult men by the neck.
I just started doing bicep curls after reading this.
Well just like in the gym, this could be accomplished easily by following a structured plan of increasing weight. Start by lifting small children up by their throats and build towards fully grown adults.
Don’t forget to stretch and warm up first, you don’t want to pull a muscle!
